Transport Insurance
For international moves we recommend comprehensive transport insurance. The premium depends on the destination country and the value of your household goods. We offer three levels of cover:
A type of basic insurance. This option covers only the total loss of the shipment.
A full insurance that, in addition to total loss, also covers transport damage such as breakage and other transit damage on a current-value basis. For this you complete a separate valuation list. You receive the form from us, or you can draw up your own value list. You enter the values yourself.
A full insurance that, in addition to total loss, also covers transport damage such as breakage and other transit damage – based on replacement (new) values. For this you complete a separate valuation list (purchase values). You receive the form from us, or you draw up a separate value list. You enter the values yourself.
